Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for web design, app development, and marketing services.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed through written confirmation or commencement of execution.

3. Prices and Payment

50% deposit upon order, 50% upon completion. For projects over €2,000, installment payments are possible.

4. Delivery Times

Delays caused by the client extend the delivery period accordingly.

5. Client Obligations

The client provides content in a timely manner and gives feedback within 5 business days.

6. Acceptance

The project is considered accepted if no response is received within 14 days.

7. Warranty

12 months warranty from acceptance for defect-free work.

8. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, all usage rights transfer to the client.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation before completion: Before design starts, deposit is forfeited; after design approval 75%; after development starts 100%.
